Refund & Return Policy

 

Eligibility

·      Most items can be returned for a refund or a replacement.  Items must be unused and in original packaging with tags intact.

 

NON-RETURNABLE: 

-       Customized products, digital items and perishable goods.

-       Shipment ended up unclaimed or undelivered due to an incorrect address or contact information provided.

 

Initiating a Return

·      To initiate a refund or replacement on an item that’s eligible for return, please submit appropriate documentation (pictures or videos and the shipping labels), order number and reason for return within 5 days of delivery.

·      Ship items to the designated address (to be provided via email).

·      Free return labels are only provided in certain circumstances. 

·      While returns are generally free, certain situations or items conditions may incur fees.  Note that an item cannot be sent back to you after it has been returned.  If you wish to return an item because you do not like it, you are responsible for covering the shipping costs of change-of-mind returns.

·      Please make sure that your item is returned in original and unused condition with tags attached, and in the original manufacturer’s packaging including tags, components, accessories, manuals, certificates of authenticity, and other inserts.

·      You must return all items purchased in a Bundle with Savings to receive a refund.  Partial refunds are not available.

 

Timeframe

·      A refund will be provided if we have received the item, and determined that you are eligible for a refund.  It can take up to 30 days (postmark date applies) for us to receive and process your return.  In certain circumstances refund timeframes may be longer.

·      It may take additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.

 

Note: 

VIE Today offers a return service for reasonable use by our customers.  Should customers abuse this service, we may adjust its availability.

 

For any return, VIE Today may require additional information and documentation during the processing of a return to help to determine whether to provide a refund or replacement.  VIE Today reserves the right to take additional actions to prevent fraud or abuse (including denial of returns, refunds or exchanges, or, imposing return fees).  VIE Today may modify this policy at any time.
